Since I was born I have been involved in the Professional Beauty Industry in one way or another. In 2003 I embraced the industry full time and haven’t looked back since. Throughout my career I have taken on many rolls such as Distribution Center Personnel; Store Associate; Distributor Salon Consultant; Outside Sales Manager; Marketing Support; Store Division Customer Loyalty Trainer; Vice President of Business Development; & now my proudest accomplishment is President of PMNNE.
Being a Paul Mitchell Partner is exciting. To be able to represent the original trail blazing, head turning, culture-rich professional line that has dominated the professional beauty industry is absolutely amazing. To help be a part of the growth and development of a line that is still about the PROFESSIONAL hairdresser, ever recreating them, and getting younger and more hip as it comes full circle.
We are influential in helping salons grow all over our territories. By supplying the salon owners and staff with value rich resources on salon marketing strategies, developing & implementing programs that are targeted towards the salons business that enables them to grow. I am inspired when Paul Mitchell introduces new products to this industry they are very targeted to fulfill a current trend or demand; not just to add something else to create sales. They are visionaries and have brought a new quality of education to future professionals all over the world with their schools and benchmark curriculums. They are all about having fun which is especially apparent in their sports marketing domination.
