Extra Extra!! We’ve been holding on to some pretty exciting news and we’re thrilled to finally share it with you! Sullivan Beauty is going back to our family tree’s roots and bringing back the Sullivan name we all know and love.
Welcome SULLIVAN BEAUTY.
Why the name change you ask? For one, the Sullivan name has been revered in the professional beauty industry for impeccable customer service for nearly 70 years. C.B. Sullivan Company was brought to life by Charlie (CB Sr.) and Claire Sullivan in 1945. Before its sale in 2010 CB Sullivan secured partnerships with the biggest burgeoning brands like Matrix and Paul Mitchell in the eighties which facilitated the growth of what eventually became the largest Beauty Supply Distributor on the East Coast of the United States. In 2010, PMNNE was born and is lead by the 3rd generation of Sullivans, CB Jr.’s three children, Tyler, Kerry, and Lauren, (in order of age,)—who continue to carry the torch by touching the hearts of New England’s most influential day-makers – beauty industry professionals.
Sullivan Beauty’s founding father, C.B. Sullivan Jr, helped to define the role of the modern distributor in the professional beauty world with strategies that have now become industry standards. “Your Success is Our Success” has long been our mission. From our business ethics, to our customer service, to listening and understanding how we can be of utmost service to our customer’s growth—we will continue to be dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and evolving our business to do so. We are proud to maintain CB’s spirit, vision, and direction in our work with the use of the Sullivan name once again. And we’ll do our best to live up to the reputation that you’ve come to love in our former CB Sullivan Company.
Not to worry. We’ll still be your trusty Paul Mitchell distributor. We’ll just be diversifying our offerings for your convenience. With lines such as Olaplex, Wet Brush, New Plastic, Jessica Cosmetics (& more to come,) we felt an obligation to our customers and manufacturers to further instill our personal brand into the entity that you know as your John Paul Mitchell systems supplier.
So get ready!! Sullivan Beauty is comin’ in hot summer, 2017 and you can expect to see the transition start to take shape! As always, thanks to you, our loyal customers, in understanding our desire to emphasize our personal brand of distribution and for allowing us to continue the job we love with the respected Sullivan name behind us.
