We are Looking for Fresh New Talent to Join our education team!

What is a Sullivan Beauty brand educator:

As an educator for one of our Sullivan Beauty brands, you will be a private contractor, commissioned to conduct classes which are between 1.3 – 3.5 hours, depending on the class, and ranging in pay based on the duration of the class. You will be provided education requests periodically from our education coordinator that were requested by our team of Sullivan Beauty Consultants on behalf of the education needs of their customers in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachussets, Rhode Island, and/or Connecticut! Our goal is for you to train the staff of one of our valued customer’s businesses on beauty craft techniques, product and service demonstrations and brand product or story awareness. Sometimes, a Sullivan Beauty brand educator will train more than one salon at a time. This could take place at a host salon who invites other salons into their place of business, or sometimes this will happen at one of our preferred event spaces, whether that be our 1,500 ft Learning Center at the Sullivan Beauty HQ in Southern, NH, one of the most prestigious venues in Boston, or anyone of our other preferred event spaces across our entire 6-state New England territory.

How does an educator get paid:

Sullivan Beauty brand educators are provided a class request form, which outlines the type of class, duration, pay, location, contact information, and a couple of the requester’s available dates to host you in their salon as educator. Upon your approval of said request, we than ask that you contact the name and phone number of the salon’s listed contact to schedule the class. We have supplied a couple of the salon’s available dates to simplify the process of scheduling. Upon completion of the class, you will supply to Sullivan Beauty completion of the class, along with mileage for reimbursement. Sullivan Beauty’s finance department will then issue a check in the full amount for your pay plus mileage reimbursement.
