Orders may be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or the Sullivan Beauty delivery fleet, depending on destination and delivery schedule.

A flat-rate shipping charge will be applied to each order as follows:
$13.95 for orders under $100
$16.95 for orders $100 – $349.99
$19.95 for orders $350 and above

Returns and Replacements
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase without incurring a restocking fee. Defective products will be replaced upon return of the defective item(s), or, in certain cases, must be returned to the manufacturer per warranty requirements.
